Returns and Cancellations
30 Day “Make It Right” Policy
We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right.. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.
For any quality issues, be sure to provide a clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick simple step will help us provide a speedy solution.
Cancellation and Amendments
Our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us. Changes can be made if the order is not yet in production. Keep in mind this could be as soon as 2 hours for rush orders, 12 hours for standard shipping.
Once your product has gone to production, you may be eligible for replacement/resolution depending on circumstances. After you received your order you have 30 days to address any issues/concerns.
- Pre-sale orders: Pre-sale product orders cannot be canceled after the pre-sale period has ended and production has begun.
- Face masks/neck gaiters orders: These items are final sale items and cannot be returned for safety reasons. If your face mask or gaiter is defective in any way, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help you.
Damage/Quality Issues
For quick resolution, please include photograph showing the poor quality of the damaged item or poor print. Please photograph item on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly shown. We will use this info to help with your order.
Gift returns/Exchanges
We understand that gift giving can be a tricky situation. If you have ordered or received one of our products as a gift and it needs to be returned, our above policies will apply.
Refunds:
- Refunds cannot be processed on a prepaid cards (debit/credit card).
- PayPal/Credit cards: Any refunds processed will show up dependent on your providers policies. PayPal should show up within 24 business hours and refunds amounts must be transferred to your banking institution from your PayPal account. Any refunds processed via your credit/debit cards will show back up in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
